Freewarepack May 2015: LVC-Audio
In this month we present you an interesting freeware-pack by LVC-Audio with three different mastering-tools.
ClipShifter
The mastering plug-in ClipShifter is a great device, to control the compression of a signal. You can choose between soft and hard clipping and harmonics to control the dynamics for special sound characteristics. An independent threshold-control (left/right or Mid/Side) is also been given. The limiter is working very CPU- friendly.
Toned
The mastering-Equalizer Toned is a useful tool to give stereo-mixes the final touch. The tool contains a 3-Band shaping-matrix and a dedicated highPass processor. If you want to simulate the natural analog hardware sound, you just need to insert Toned in your DAW, because it contains a special analog modeling engine.
Phree Phuzz
If you’re looking for a VA saturation simulator, then you should take a closer look to Phree Phuzz. The VST-tool includes six saturation types with multibanf-settings. There’s also a comparison-option, if you want to switch between two different settings and an undo-function as well.
All tools could be downloaded as 32- and 64 Bit versions for Windows. Mac-Versions are also available. They’re completely free of charge.
