Free frequency cutter by Tek’it Audio – 8Kut

The VST-effect is especially good for live-performances to cut a special frequency band and could be used in mono or stereo (each channel works independently). Last but not least there are 40 presets included. You could use it on Windows and Mac platforms as well. Get it here for free:
