Twin reeler – free vibrato effect by Klotoid

Klotoid has released a nice vibrato effect plugin – Twin reeler.
This windows VST-tool (64 Bit version) includes five parameters and is good to use for creating unpredictable vibratos, but you can also use it to convert mono signals into stereo.
